Ken Wilson, a member of the Halifax Resolves Chapter NC SAR, recently visited the 4^th grade students of Manning Elementary School to present a program on the Battle of Moore’s Creek Bridge.  The presentation topic is also the theme of the SAR Americanism Poster contest that is currently underway.  Wilson presented the program to each of the five 4^th grade classes individually which allowed a little more one on one time with the students.
