Halifax Resolves Chapter Registrar Bill Riggan and Chapter Secretary Michael Cooper recently attended an Eagle Scout Court of Honor in Louisburg.  BSA Troop 555 elevated four of its members to the rank of Eagle Scout.  They were Matthew Strickland, Stephen Falkner, Richard Buckley and Dalton Moser. Compatriot Riggan presented each scout with an SAR Certificate of Recognition “For outstanding achievement and exceptional leadership and citizenship evidenced by his attainment of the rank of Eagle Scout”.
