Troop 144 in Roanoke Rapids recently conducted an Eagle Scout Court of Honor in which Donald Davis Bradley, Jr. attained the rank of Eagle Scout.  Bradley’s Eagle Scout project was the restoration and beautification of Cedarwood Cemetery in Roanoke Rapids that took 212 hours.  Halifax Resolves Chapter VP Geoff Pittard presented the SAR Eagle Scout Recognition Certificate “For outstanding achievement and exceptional leadership and citizenship evidenced by his attainment of the rank of Eagle Scout”  to the troop’s newest Eagle Scout.
