On 6 April, during the Pamlico High School NJROTC Awards Ceremony, Bob Ainsley, President of the NCSAR New Bern Chapter, presented Cadet Ensign Dakoda Bell, a Chapter Bronze JROTC Medal & Certificate and a Chapter Outstanding Citizenship Pin & Certificate.  In addition, he presented Cadet Ensign Bonnie Frazer, a Chapter Enhanced JROTC Cadet Medal & Certificate.  Congrats to both of these outstanding Cadets.
