In a ceremony at Northwood High School on April 17, Lowell Hoffman, NC SAR Rumbaugh Oratory Chairman, presented Brooks Bae, winner of the General Francis Nash Chapter competition, with the State Second Place Certificate and $250 Award.

The First Place Award was presented to Raleigh Chapter winner Timothy Hisler at the NC SAR Annual meeting on April 6.
