With the temporary lack of leadership among the Battle of Kings Mountain Chapter, Our Regional Vice President called on Catawba Valley to muster for Color Guard, and we did. The commemoration had four Catawba Valley Chapter members participation, along with one Mecklenburg and one Old North State members. It was hot and humid, as it always is in August, but a great day over all, and we did not let the commemoration fail! Many thanks to 5 DAR Chapters that came out too.
