Geoff and Danielle Pittard of Roanoke Rapids were presented with an SAR Flag Certificate “In Recognition of Exemplary Patriotism in the display of the Flag of the United States of America”.  Halifax Resolves Chapter President Ken Wilson made the presentation on December 27^th.
