On November 17^th Halifax Resolves Chapter Vice President Geoff Pittard presented a flag certificate to Associate Warden of Custody Claretha Edwards of the Roanoke River Correction Institute Minimum Custody Facility.  The facility was recognized for properly displaying and maintaining the flag of the United States of America.  On hand to observe the presentation were Associate Warden of Custody James Durham and Roanoke River Correctional Institute Warden Wendy Hardy.
