Halifax Resolves Chapter Vice President Geoff Pittard presented a flag certificate to Associate Warden of Custody James Durham of the Roanoke River Correction Institute Medium Custody Facility on November 17^th.  Observing the presentation was Roanoke River Correctional Institute Warden Wendy Hardy.  The facility properly maintains and displays the flag of the United States of America.
