The New Bern SAR Chapter Color Guard, supported the Richard Dobbs Spaight Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution on Saturday, 17 September 2022, at 4:00 p.m., by posting the Colors at the “Ringing of the Bells” and the unveiling of the Richard Dobbs Spaight commemorative plague on the grounds of the Christ Episcopal Church, New Bern, NC.
