Thursday, 29 July 2021, Catawba Valley Chapter had the honor of providing Color Guard for the DAR District 2 Annual Meeting at Lake Hickory Country Club. The event was hosted by the John Hoyle Chapter DAR of Hickory NC. We had 6 Color Guard members in attendance and after the meeting, their Secretary General said that there were 80 DAR members present. The John Hoyle Chapter provided us with Certificates of Appreciation. A great time was had by all.
