On May 20^th, Lee Purcell, Flag Chairman, NCSAR, New Bern Chapter, attended a Habitat for Humanity Home Dedication in New Bern.  During the dedication, Lee presented an American Flag, and a copy of the US Constitution to the new owners, Jon and Jema Chrisman.
