On Saturday, 17 April 2021, Dr. Bob Ainsley, President of the New Bern Chapter, presented the NSSAR Certificate of Recognition for achieving the rank of Eagle Scout to his grandson Rien Skeens at Rien’s Court of Honors held in Wilkes County, NC. Rien, a member of the Order of the Arrow-Brotherhood, received his Eagle Scout rank with two palms at the ceremony.
