On 23 March, Lee Purcell, Flag Chairman of the NCSAR New Bern Chapter, presented a Flag Certificate to Ms. Lynn Lupton, with the First Citizens Bank, on Waterscape Way, New Bern.   Ms. Lupton is the Operations Service Supervisor for the First Citizens Bank, and is responsible for the maintenance and display of the American Flag at this facility. The SAR Flag Certificate is presented to organizations, businesses, and individuals, in recognition of their Exemplary Patriotism in displaying the Flag of the United States of America.
