On December 3^rd, with NCSAR Chapter President Jay DeLoach in command, the New Bern Chapter Color Guard participated in a Habitat for Humanity “Home Dedication”, for Mike Drew & Daniele Brooks and family.  During the ceremony, New Bern Chapter Flag Chairmen, Lee Purcell, presented the family with an American Flag for their new home, and a copy of the US Constitution.
