On July 28th, the New Bern Chapter of the North Carolina Sons of the American Revolution (NCSAR), presented an American Flag certificate to the Cotton Funeral Home in New Bern.  The SAR Flag Certificate is presented to organizations and businesses, in recognition of their “Exemplary Patriotism in displaying the Flag of the United States of America”.
