Halifax Resolves Chapter NC SAR member Ken Wilson recently presented the Sons of the American Revolution Flag Certificate to the Roanoke Rapids Library.  The certificate recognizes the library for their “Exemplary Patriotism in the display of the Flag of the United States of America”.  Library Director Mr. Jeff Watson accepted the certificate on behalf of the library.
