The New Bern Chapter of the NC Sons of the American Revolution (SAR) presented the Bronze Outstanding JROTC Cadet Medal to Cadet Ensign Connor Reagan with the New Bern High School Naval JROTC during their Annual Awards Banquet on May 31st.  The medal endeavors to foster the principle of “citizen-soldier” exemplified by the Minutemen and recipients are selected based on their leadership qualities, military bearing and general excellence.
