The Halifax Resolves Chapter participated in and assisted AmVets Posts 101 & 320 in the planning of the Memorial Day Ceremony at Cedarwood Cemetery in Roanoke Rapids. Past Chapter President Ken Wilson was the guest speaker whose message was “What is Memorial Day?”. In addition to Compatriot Wilson, Chapter VP Geoff Pittard along with Compatriots J. Rives Manning and E.C. Bobbitt were in attendance.
