On May 13, New Bern Chapter Flag Chairman, Lee Purcell, presented a Flag Certificate to Michelle Lynn, owner of the Country Biscuit in downtown New Bern.  The Flag Certificate is presented to those individuals, organizations, and companies who fly the American flag patriotically and properly.
