On April 17, New Bern Chapter Flag Chairman Lee Purcell presented a Flag Certificate to Lonnie Dow of the Trader Construction Company of New Bern.  The Flag Certificate is presented to those individuals, organizations, and companies who fly the American flag patriotically and properly.
