On April 10, the New Bern Sons of the American Revolution (SAR) Chapter presented the Bronze Outstanding JROTC Cadet Medal, and Certificate, to Cadet-Chief Petty Officer Devin Tutii at the Pamlico High School NJROTC Awards Ceremony. Cadet Tutii is a senior who will be heading to college in the Fall to study criminal justice.
