On April 6 at the NCSSAR 91st Annual Convention in Raleigh, the New Bern Chapter President, Jay DeLoach, was elected to serve as the State Secretary for 2019-2020.  DeLoach, along with other newly elected officers, were sworn in by Dan Woodruff, Southeast Atlantic District Vice President General, at the Convention banquet that evening.
