The Halifax Resolves Chapter has selected Eagle Scout Brandon S. Lawrence as the winner of the chapter level Eagle Scout Scholarship contest.  Lawrence, a member of Troop 605 in Henderson , NC received a check for $100.00, the SAR Eagle Scout Medal and the Eagle Scout Scholarship patch.  The awards were presented by HRC President Ken Wilson.
