Halifax Resolves Chapter NC SAR President Ken Wilson was invited by the Roanoke Rapids HS Social Studies Department to present a program about the U.S. flag to students during one of their power periods. Approximately 81 students attended the presentation that covered U.S. flag history, flag etiquette and proper folding of the flag along with the meaning of each fold.
