Halifax Resolves VP R. J. Myrick recently awarded the SAR Flag Certificate to Lakeside Lutheran Church on Lake Gaston. The certificate is awarded to individual, businesses and organizations that correctly fly the American flag for patriotic reasons.  Church Secretary Mandy Mathews accepted the certificate on behalf of the church.
